Introduction
Eagl is an AI Financial Controller. It connects to the systems where your financial data already lives, builds one ledger that stays in sync with them, and then works that ledger the way a controller would: producing reports, flagging issues and proposing corrections, reconciling balances, tracking accruals, and driving the close to completion.
Who Eagl is for
Section titled “Who Eagl is for”- Accounting & finance teams who want their month-end close to be faster, more consistent, and less manual.
- Controllers and finance leaders who want the ledger checked as it changes, not only at quarter-end.
- Accounting firms and shared-service centers running the books for many entities, who need consistency and oversight across all of them.
What Eagl does
Section titled “What Eagl does” Brings your numbers together ERP, bank, payment, and document data sync into one ledger and one reporting model.
Checks the ledger for you AI agents review your entries, documents, and accounts, and flag misclassifications, VAT issues, and missed accruals and deferrals.
Fixes what it finds Proposes corrections, accruals, and deferral schedules that your team reviews and books to the ERP.
Drives the close A shared close checklist, bank reconciliation, and a cockpit that tells you whether you can close.
What makes it different
Section titled “What makes it different”- One connected ledger. Reporting, reconciliation, and findings all read from the same synced data.
- Agents that learn your rules. Eagl turns how your team treats specific accounts, vendors, and transactions into rule suggestions. Once you approve one, the agents apply it automatically.
- Built for multiple entities. Organizations are split into entities, with per-entity access control, so a group or firm can oversee many sets of books at once.
- You stay in control. Eagl syncs from your ERP about every hour but only writes to it when someone on your team books a proposed entry, and every booking is logged in Bookings.
- Auditable. Findings, matches, and bookings keep the agent’s reasoning and an activity history, so you can see why something was flagged or matched.
