Finding your way around

Everything in Eagl is one click away in the left sidebar. This page walks through it from top to bottom and points to the page that explains each item in depth.

Search (⌘K / Ctrl+K)Find documents, checklist tasks, findings, and rules across the organization. See Global Search.
SessionsAsk Eagl questions about your data in plain language, and turn the work into recurring tasks. See Sessions.

Under your organization’s name are the pages you’ll use day to day, in the order the app shows them:

CockpitWhether you can close: close progress, the value of resolved findings, and which areas still need attention. See Cockpit.
FindingsWhat Eagl’s agents flagged in your ledger, with proposed corrections you can book to your ERP. See Findings.
ReportingYour P&L, balance sheet, and GL by month or quarter, with drill-down into every figure. See Financial Reporting.
ReconciliationTie balance sheet accounts to bank and statement balances, match transactions, and sign off. See Reconciliation.
ChecklistRun the close as a shared checklist. If you have several checklists, each one is listed here. See Close Checklist.
Open itemsOpen receivables and payables from your ERP, aged by due date. See Open Items.
AccrualsTrack accruals and deferrals from booking to settlement, and book reversals. See Accruals.
BookingsEvery entry Eagl has posted to your ERP, and why. See Bookings.
KnowledgeReview the rules Eagl proposes and manage the rules and policies its agents follow. A badge shows how many suggestions are waiting. See Knowledge.
AgentsSee when the AI agents last ran, and start a run. See AI Agents.
SettingsYour organization, entities, people and access, integrations, and your own preferences. See Settings.

Most pages have an entity picker at the top, so you can look at one entity’s books or all the entities you have access to. See Organizations & entities.

ItemWhat it’s for
Setup ProgressShown to owners and admins until onboarding is complete. It opens Settings → Getting started, which walks through the first setup steps.
NotificationsYour notifications, with a badge for unread ones. See Notifications.
FeedbackTell the Eagl team what we can improve. Type your message and click Submit.
Your nameOpens the user menu (below).

Click your name and email at the very bottom to open it:

  • Preferences: opens Settings → Profile, where you set your avatar.
  • What’s new: recent product updates. A dot means there’s something you haven’t seen yet.
  • Switch to dark mode / Switch to light mode.
  • Switch organization: only shown if you belong to more than one organization.
  • Sign out.
